Mr. Campbell is the founder and, since 1993, has been President and Chairman of the Board of Techfarm, Inc., a company formed to launch technology-based start-up companies. Mr. Campbell was the founder of CHIPS and Technologies, Inc., a company that designs and distributes very large-scale integrated circuit products, and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from December 1984 until November 1993, and as its Chairman of the Board from December 1984 until November 1995. Mr. Campbell also serves as a director of Bell Microproducts, Inc.

Chairman & CEO - Polycom Inc. Mr. Hagerty joined Polycom in January 1997 as President, Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. In July 1998 he was named Chief Executive Officer, and in March 2000 he became Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Bob came to Polycom to build on the vision of delivering a total conferencing and collaboration solution to the customer. Polycom's solutions are unique, integrating voice, video, web, and data conferencing, and the network to support them. During Bob's tenure, Polycom has made a number of key acquisitions Voyant Technologies, ViaVideo, Accord Networks, PictureTel, Meet you, ASPI and Circa Communications build the most complete product offering for collaborative communications.
His continuing focus on customer need has led to the creation of a customer facing, direct touch sales force and a world class global service and distribution channel. Today, Polycom is the market leader delivering best in class category products and the industry's only Unified Collaborative Communications solution integrating voice, video, data and the web extending from the desk top to the core infrastructure hardware and software required in a world class communications system.
Prior to joining Polycom, Bob served as President of Stylus Assets, Ltd. and held key senior management positions with Logitech, Inc., Connor Peripherals, Signal Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Bob holds a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and an M.A. in Management from St. Mary's College of California.
Bob was named CEO of the Year in 2005 by industry analyst group Frost & Sullivan. In addition to Bob's Polycom Board membership, he currently serves on the Board of Modulus Video, Inc.

Former Interim CEO, Adaptec, Inc. D. Scott Mercer has served as one of our directors since June 2005. Since May 2005, Mr. Mercer has served as the interim Chief Executive Officer of Adaptec, Inc., a provider of software storage solutions. Mr. Mercer served as a Senior Vice President and Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of Western Digital Corporation, a supplier of disk drives to the personal computer and consumer electronics industries, from February 2004 to December 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Mercer was a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Western Digital Corporation from October 2001 to January 2004. From June 2000 to September 2001, Mr. Mercer served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Teralogic, Inc., a supplier of semiconductors and software to the digital television industry. Mr. Mercer is also a director of Conexant Systems, Inc., NetRatings, Inc. and Adaptec, Inc. Mr. Mercer holds a B.S. in accounting from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Executive Chairman, Palm, Inc. As executive chairman of Palm, Inc., Jon Rubinstein is chairman of the company's board of directors. In addition, he is an executive officer of the company and leads the company's product-development efforts, focused on driving innovation in the mobile-computing market.
Jon has helped launch some of the most influential computing products of the past decade. As a member of Apple Inc.'s executive staff and head of hardware engineering, he was instrumental in conceiving the iPod, one of the most successful consumer electronics products ever. He also led the team that built the iMac.
Jon began his Apple career in 1997 as senior vice president for hardware engineering. He quickly made a mark by overhauling the company's engineering teams, product roadmaps and manufacturing processes. In 1998, Jon led his new, more nimble engineering team through a rapid rollout of the colorful, egg-shaped iMac, a machine that at once revitalized Apple and revolutionized personal computer design. As the success of the iPod soared, he became head of the iPod Division.
Before joining Apple, Jon spent two decades building his career at a variety of other computer companies, including Hewlett-Packard and NeXT, and started his own computer company, Firepower Systems Inc. He developed many successful products and received a variety of patents during this period.
Jon is a member of the National Academy of Engineering (NAE) and a senior member of the IEEE. He received bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from Cornell University and a master's degree in computer science from Colorado State University.
